Outdoor Allergies
Symptoms of allergies appear outside in the spring, when trees, grasses and flowers produce pollen, and this irritating spreads through the air. The pollen attaches to mast cells lining the nose and lungs. Then, mast cells release histamine, which causes allergy symptoms such as congestion, sneezing, itchy eyes and runny nose.
Some strategies to foreign control allergies include:
* Close the window of the bedroom of her son.
* Bathe and wash your child’s hair every night.
* When your child to play outside, do not let them wear clothes more than once before washing.
Indoor allergies
Symptoms of indoor allergies, which appear throughout the year, are often the same as those caused by allergies outside, with a telling difference: the presence of congestion in the mornings due to exposure to dust mites during night.
Indoor allergies can appear in an earlier stage of life of children, perhaps 2 years old. Dust mites, cockroaches, mold and pet dander are common irritants inside. These microscopic particles can be found almost anywhere, even in a clean house!
