The point where the chelated minerals are absorbed into the small intestine which is negatively charged.

The inorganic minerals: oxides, phosphates, carbonates, etc. ionize in the stomach quickly, preventing further absorption in the intestine.

Organic chelates are more stable and surrounding the mineral that prevents the ionization in the stomach.

Organic mineral chelates, fumarate, gluconate, citrate and chelated minerals for amino acids have a higher rate of absorption through the intestinal walls.

The free amino acid formula foods are ingested in its pure crystalline form, not undergoing any type of gastric digestion, and only a small intestinal digestion, being rapidly absorbed through the portal vein, only 5 to 10 minutes after being consumed orally.

It will be highly recommended to turn our nutritional supplements do not contain potential allergens such as yeast, soy, milk, egg, wheat, corn, or sugar, salt and starch.

Must be packaged in the best possible way to be very useful amber glass to maintain the potency of the nutrients.

Malnutrition

CAUSES

The main causes of malnutrition are:

* Nutritional factors (reserves) · duration and severity of inadequate intake
* Underlying diseases (fever, infection, trauma, ..)
* Physiological effects such as increased requirements (pregnancy, lactation, growth …)

CARE

Advice on dietary supplements: • Any unexplained weight loss should be discussed with a doctor · The chronic diarrhea and vomiting and other intestinal problems can be due to a malabsorption syndrome, intestinal paralysis or sensitivity to food and should be investigated • Many diseases and treatments alter the nutritional requirements and may require supplements. You should consult a dietitian or endocrinologist.

It is very important to consult before taking dietary supplements. Excessive use of food enriched with calorie substitutes may lead to an unintentional weight gain. High doses of vitamins and minerals can bring a potential for accumulation of these in the body. This is especially true for vitamins A and D, which are stored in the liver.

Nutritional Supplements

There are five categories of nutrients used in the manufacture of nutritional supplements:

* Natural: plant nutrients, mineral or animal after a short trial maintain their basic nutritional integrity as it was designed by nature.

Within these nutritional supplements include the fish liver oil, bee pollen, Yeast, Garlic, Kelp and all minerals.

* Source Natural products are undergoing or refined but nonetheless obtained from plant, mineral or animal.

These include vitamin A and vitamin D of fish liver oil, vitamin E, lecithin, digestive enzymes, protein powders and amino acids.

* Identical to natural nutrients manufactured in the laboratory that are identical in molecular structure and activity in the human body’s natural nutrients.

These nutrients are manufactured because the cost or difficulty of the same nutrient extraction from natural sources would do it too expensive or scarce. Within These include vitamin C and vitamin B complex.

* Strictly synthetic: nutrients manufactured in the laboratory that are somehow different from the natural nutrients.

Some nutrients, like vitamin E, may not be copied exactly, in any form, synthetic analogues are inexpensive and are used by many manufacturers.

* Nutrients obtained from yeast grown in rich media: minerals and some vitamins are added to pharmacologically manufactured environment where they cultivate yeast of Saccharomyces.

This will get vitamins and minerals similar in yeast.

There are arguments in favor of these categories

But we have to be clear is this.

Vitamin E is best absorbed in its natural form (D-alpha tocopherol) in the synthetic (L-alpha tocopherol).

Vitamin C in its chemical form, such as ascorbic acid, is cheaper but can irritate the stomach, we solve it by substituting more alkaline forms (ascorbate).

Beta-carotene is the best source of vitamin A and pro-vitamin that only become vitamin A in the amount needed to avoid overdoses.

Essential fatty acids derived from vegetable oils (borage, wheat germ …) encapsulated expensive the product, but protect it from oxidation while maintaining their biological characteristics intact.

Nutritional supplements are most important to people who can not eat a balanced diet that provides calories, vitamins and minerals appropriate. In such circumstances, the body uses its own reserves to survive. For example, the protein that comes from muscle tissue and fat stores, is converted into glucose, the best fuel the body.

This results in wear and tear of the muscle, rapid weight loss and metabolic problems, including the formation of toxic substances called ketones – products of excessive fat metabolism – in the body.

Description

The term covers any added supplements to the diet to try to improve the general level of nutrition. Daily vitamin pills are the most familiar example of such supplements. However, for physicians, supplements are considerations such as the use of specific nutrients to correct or prevent deficiencies or other problems related to nutrition.

Considerations

Poor nutrition, which is draining the reserves of fat and protein the body can lead to starvation. In fact, most cancer deaths occur from starvation or AIDS. Even when the body obtain adequate calories, a chronic loss of specific nutrients or an inability to use, can lead to failure disease. For example, a protein can cause loss of kwashiorkor, severe renal disease, common among children from countries with serious food.

In industrialized countries, malnutrition is not common because of the variety and abundance of food available. However, there are instances in which malnutrition is a serious concern. Among the circumstances or conditions that increase the risk of malnutrition include: · Cancer, AIDS and other diseases. · Malabsorption syndrome and food sensitivities · alcohol · Anorexia nervosa and other mental disorders · Treatments Surgical and Medical · Ageing

Healthy people who eat a proper diet, do not require supplements. Even so, millions of people take daily vitamins and minerals. Usually, these supplements are not necessary and are safe while not exceeding dietary recommendations suggested by the health institutions.

1. The fiber tapers
No. We relate take fiber to lose weight, but in reality the fiber or fat or thin. Fiber is the part of food that is neither digested nor absorbed by our bodies because we lack the enzymes that would be required to do so. So do not add calories but not the rest. However, it has wonderful properties it acts as a regulator of intestinal function, prevents constipation, regenerates the intestinal flora and produces satiety thereby decreasing hunger.

2. Margarine is less fattening than butter
No. Both are considered within what are called solid fats. The difference lies in their origin and way different from how you get both. Butter milk is obtained by mixing the batter and cream.

The margarine fats obtained from animals, plants or both which are subjected to a chemical process called hydrogenation, which converts liquid fats into solid fats. It has the advantage that they can produce margarine, unsaturated vegetable oils, but the disadvantage that in the process of hydrogenation changes the chemical configuration of the fat, creating trans fatty acids are unsaturated fats that behave in our bodies as if they were saturated.

But both butter and margarine have the same calories as fat so.

3. Sunflower oil fat
All oils either olive, sunflower, corn, soybean, peanut, etc.. consist of almost 100% fat, thus supplying 9 calories per gram of oil. However, from the nutritional standpoint olive oil is considered healthier for the type of fats that compose it, which are beneficial to the cardiovascular system. Moreover, which has better cooking properties. But fat, fat like all oils.

4. The toasted bread is less fattening than unroasted
No. The same quantity of white bread, say 100 grams, provides some 244 calories and they are kept, not bread or toast. So fat the same, taken quel toast. If the bread has been toasted weigh less than the unroasted because it loses water in the process but the amount of calories and nutritional components remain unchanged.

5. Sliced bread less fattening
On the contrary. The loaf is usually constructed with wheat flour, water and salt, like white bread, but he also added vegetable or animal fat to keep the spongy texture as fats do not evaporate like water. They were also added colors and preservatives. Therefore, the same amount of bread, fat sliced bread more than normal. And then there is less quality nutritionally.

6. Eating fat fast
The same amount of food taken fattening as fast as slow. Eating fast rule, do we eat more food than it would take eating slowly.

To get information to the brain that we are satisfied at a meal, it takes about 20 minutes. If we eat fast, we eat much more food in those 20 minutes that if you eat slowly.

Furthermore, eating slowly allows optimally the first step in the process of digestion, which occurs in the mouth with ensalivación crushing and good food.

Additionally, it will swallow less air, thus reducing the possibilities of abdominal distention by air accumulation in the intestine, with the consequences of discomfort, bloating and increased abdominal volume passenger.

7. Salt fat
The salt brings two elements necessary for human life such as chlorine and sodium, which can not be produced by the body and need to diet incorporation. These minerals perform multiple functions required for maintenance of life, such as maintenance and regulation of water levels in the body, regulation of acid-base balance, transport of substances through cell membranes or the production of nerve impulses.

WHO recommends taking only about 6 grams of salt per day to maintain these processes. However, their excess is detrimental, causing the immediate effect of excessive water retention in the body, hampering their elimination in the urine. This excess water makes up the volume and weight (per liter is a kilo). But no body fat mass increases, which is what defines the level of obesity.

There are many false beliefs about nutrition that are accepted as true by most people. Assertions are without foundation and may even interfere with proper nutrition. How much you know about nutrition?

1. The alcohol removes the cold
The Saint Bernard dog who comes swift with his barrel of rum to assist the skier is an image that all we keep in our memory. It should give joy to see your face approach with good-natured but today we know that it is best not to test the alcohol that carries his keg.

Alcohol is a vasodilator. It makes the skin capillaries dilate so that more blood reaches them. This produces a momentary sensation of heat to the cold comfort but in reality it is producing a heat loss, since the blood to be so close to the body surface cools faster.

This causes a decrease in body temperature that can cause death by freezing. Not infrequently, there have been cases of people drunk bastards who have died from cold.

2. Alcohol is a stimulant
Versa. Alcohol is a nervous system depressant. It causes disinhibition, so it gives the sensation of euphoria that you take.
But it stimulates the physical or mental functions, as even a small amount slows reflexes, coordination, mental alertness and ability to capture feelings.

Create an addiction very important, easier the younger you start drinking. It also produces the alcoholic abstinence syndrome, or “monkey” when you stop drinking.

The adverse effects in these cases primarily affect the liver (may appear alcoholic hepatitis, cirrhosis and even cancer), and the brain, pancreas and other organs like muscles or hearts.

3. The blend of carbohydrates and proteins fat
In principle take the hydrates and the separated proteins is virtually impossible because most foods have protein in their composition and carbohydrate predominates either though.

So both components are so common foods like bread or milk. The effectiveness of the diet is coupled to the dishes are less palatable (roast beef instead of just potatoes) and is therefore eat less.

This diet is not dangerous if over the day are taken carbohydrates, proteins and fats in the right proportion so as not to impair health.

Yes they are dangerous if every day we take only one type of food because the body does not get the necessary nutrients, but that it may be getting the same or more calories than if you conduct an offset intake which include fats, carbohydrates and protein, so do not get thin.

4. Quitting smoking is not fattening
It is true that people who quit smoking gain weight. The addition creates snuff and behaves like a drug (alcohol, morphine, cocaine, etc..) In the body in both psychological or behavioral and physiological level.

Nicotine is the drug that causes addiction snuff but also has other effects.

The nicotine in snuff consumption increases the body burns calories. On the other hand the snuff kills the appetite. Additionally snuff relieves stress and anxiety.

The lack of nicotine to stop smoking creates a calm anxiety that often with the ingestion of food especially rich in carbohydrates.

Following a good detoxification program, chopping fruit or vegetables instead of other foods, drink lots of water and take long walks, helps prevent weight gain.

5. The food “light” thin
The food “light” if indeed they are, provide fewer calories than the same foods do not “light”. But still provide a certain amount of calories.

Usually this contribution is 30% -50% less than the same product does not “light”. What is certain is that you may not get fat but not thin.

Also, if I eat more amount of the food “light” that would eat the normal at the end we will add the same amount of calories or more.

6. Water thins
Water has no calories so not fattening ever, but also decreases the calories we take. That is, neither fat nor thin. What it does is to facilitate monitoring of slimming diets.

7. Diuretics thin
No. What they do is promote diuretic water loss through urine. This loss of water resulting in an overall loss of body weight but not a real weight loss as fat mass is not lost.

Next to water also lost electrolytes like potassium or sodium that causes an imbalance in electrolyte balance, which is injurious to health if the loss is excessive.

Thus, the abuse of diuretics may appear dehydration, hypovolemia, hypotension, hyponatremia, hypokalemia, alkalosis, and hemoconcentration hypochloraemic.

8. Vitamins fat
Vitamins have no calories and thus not fattening. Neither increase appetite. Not thin.

The secret of healthy aging could be a proper.

According to new research with fruit flies, a diet with adequate protein mixture could be one of the keys to enjoying a healthy and long life.

Scientists have discovered that manipulating the amount of a unit of protein ingested by fruit flies can extend your life expectancy, without producing side effects in other physiological functions, such as fertility.

Although the effect has not yet been identified in mammals – for example, in mice – promises to shed light on the biological pathways involved in human aging. The hope is that, over time, may be possible to manipulate these pathways with drugs, in order to make people live longer.

The investigation of the aging process has previously indicated that a severe restriction of the diet (so that only consumed enough calories to prevent malnutrition and starvation), may increase life expectancy in some organisms, including nematode worms , fruit flies, mice and monkeys.

However, it is unclear whether this effect is extended to humans and is unlikely to be a feasible option. The diets referred to are so restrictive that they would be very difficult to maintain for people and also eliminate the fertility in animals as a side effect.

The new research, conducted by a team from the Institute of Healthy Aging at University College, London, suggests that similar benefits could be obtained from a more complete diet that avoids this risk, balanced properly.

In the study, published in the journal Nature, the scientists compared fruit flies fed different diets. The diets varied in caloric value and its balance of vitamins, fats and amino acids (the building blocks of proteins).

The researchers found that an amino acid called methionine had a particularly significant. When it was added to a diet low in calories, the result was a higher life expectancy without a reduction in fertility. A reduced intake of methionine in an otherwise complete diet also had a similar effect.

“Carefully manipulating the balance of amino acids in the diet, we were able to maximize both: life expectancy and fertility,” said Matthew Piper, a member of the team that conducted the study. “This indicates that it is possible to extend life expectancy without extreme dietary restriction and without the unfortunate consequence of reduced reproductive capacity.

Methionine is found at high levels in foods such as sesame seeds, Brazil nuts, wheat germ, fish and meat.

Dr. Piper said it was too early to know what type of diet could be more valuable, but that the research raises some questions about protein-rich schemes, such as the Atkins diet.

“Formerly we used to think that the amount of protein was so important to our diet,” she said. “We have now shown that in flies-and is probably also the case for other organisms-the balance of amino acids in the diet can affect health in later life. If it is also the case in humans, then the type of protein is more important. ”

“It’s not as simple as saying ‘eat less nuts’ or ‘eat more nuts’ to live longer. It’s about getting the right balance of proteins, a factor that could be especially important for high-protein diets like the Atkins diet or protein supplements for bodybuilders.
