The secret of healthy aging could be a proper.

According to new research with fruit flies, a diet with adequate protein mixture could be one of the keys to enjoying a healthy and long life.

Scientists have discovered that manipulating the amount of a unit of protein ingested by fruit flies can extend your life expectancy, without producing side effects in other physiological functions, such as fertility.

Although the effect has not yet been identified in mammals – for example, in mice – promises to shed light on the biological pathways involved in human aging. The hope is that, over time, may be possible to manipulate these pathways with drugs, in order to make people live longer.

Food. A 1,500-calorie diet is beneficial to health and age more slowly helps. Moderation in food and fewer calories than recommended promotes a longer life. Our diet should include fruits and vegetables antioxidant foods with bright colors and grains. Fish preferable to meat consumption. A glass of red wine with meals is also highly recommended.

Physical activity. Physical exercise according to age: walking, climbing stairs, win, do simple exercises, golf, yoga practice commensurate with age and so on. contribute to improving the sense of wellbeing and almost all health indicators, especially those related to the cardiorespiratory system.

Laugh and think optimistically. It is essential to the mind on positive thoughts. The mind has a role in the functioning of the human body.
