Energy Bars

The energy bars are small snacks that are in the market and are exclusively intended to be consumed by athletes. Why “only”? Because they have micro and macro nutrients that help physical performance in energy recovery after exercise.

These bars are really energetic. That is, they have very high in calories (between 350 and 500 per bar). With this data we understand nothing that if you use any of these bars after minimal physical effort, thinking that will make you stronger, it only allows to take in more calories burned and weight gain.
In short, energy bars are not contraindicated … but be sure to eat them after a real effort required!
