* Sport. Escape from sedentary lifestyle and follow a routine of moderate exercise daily. Walking more and take less than the car.
* Change habits. Do not abuse alcohol because it harms our health. Try sleeping 7 or 8 hours daily. If there is difficulty falling asleep, use relaxation techniques as oo soothing passionflower herbal tea, or linden california poppy, among others.

Natural food and supplements
The pace of modern life is closely linked to poor nutrition. It is important therefore to consume more natural foods in season, organic if possible, and reduce the amount of processed food, incorporating antioxidants in the diet, since a large part of the degenerative diseases are due to the formation of free radicals in the body that are taking effect day after day. This is what is known as oxidative stress. The more amount of free radicals and stay longer in the body, the more damage the cells.

If the diet is low in antioxidants, it is recommended to include a supplement that contains them, and that antioxidants prevent many diseases including some cancers. Why should not miss in everyday life for good health.
